하나님의 명령을 따르는 길이 생명의 길

 

 

하나님의 명령을 따르는 길이 생명의 길임을 분명히 밝혀주라.

하나님께서 천연의 법칙을 세우셨다.

그러나 그분의 법칙은 전제적인 부당한 요구가 아니다.

육체적 법칙과 도덕적 법칙을 막론하고

“하지 말지니라”는 모든 명령에는 약속이 포함되어 있다.

만일 우리가 그 법칙에 순종하면, 우리의 길에 축복이 따를 것이다.

 

하나님께서는 우리에게 옳은 일을 하도록 결코 강요하지 않으신다.

그러나 그분께서는 우리를 악에서 건져내어 선으로 인도하고자 노력하신다.

 

 

The Way of God’s Command­ments is The Way of Life

 

 

Let it be made plain that the way of God’s command­ments is the way of life.

God has established the laws of nature, but His laws are not arbitrary exactions.

Every "Thou shalt not," whether in physical or in moral law, im­plies a promise.

If we obey it, blessing will attend our steps.

 

God never forces us to do right, but He seeks to save us from the evil

and lead us to the good.
