바른 행실이 최선의 약임

 

바른 행실을 하고 있다는 의식은 질병에 걸린 신체와 마음에는 최고의 약이다.

그것을 받는 자들에게 머무는 하나님의 특별한 축복은 건강과 능력이다.

마음이 하나님 안에서 안정되고 만족해 하는 사람은 건강의 고속도로를 달리고 있다.

주님의 눈이 우리를 주목하고 있으며,

그분의 귀가 우리의 기도를 들으시기 위해 열려 있다는 의식은

참으로 만족을 가져다 준다.

영혼의 모든 비밀을 믿고 털어놓을 수 있는, 결코 실패함이 없는 친구가 있음을 아는 것은 말로 표현할 수 없는 행복이다.

 

그것은 신체의 건강을 증진시킴―

마음이 지성적이 되고, 의지가 주님의 편에 놓여지게 하라.

그러면 신체적인 건강이 놀라울 정도로 증진될 것이다.

 

Right Doing the Best Medicine

 

The consciousness of right doing is the best medicine for diseased bodies and minds.

The special blessing of God resting upon the receiver is health and strength.

One whose mind is quiet and satisfied in God is on the highway to health.

To have the consciousness that the eye of the Lord is upon us

and that His ear is open to our prayers is a satisfaction indeed.

To know that we have a never-failing friend to whom we can confide all the secrets of

the soul is a happiness which words can never express.

Let the mind become intelligent and the will be placed on the Lord’s side,
