싫어했던 일을 생각해 보시고
그걸 남에게 되풀이하지 않도록 주의하세요.
대신 기분이 좋았던 일을 기억했다가
다른 사람들에게 실천해 보세요.
(Make a short list of things done to you that you abhorred.
Don’t do them to others. Ever!
Make another list of other things done to you that you loved.
Do them to others. Always!)

세상에 쉬운 일은 없습니다.
그러나 낙숫물이 바위를 뚫듯이
올바른 일을 오랜 기간 계속해 나가면
언젠가는 모든 일이 이루어집니다.
Nothing in this world is easy.
But just as raindrops will penetrate the rocks over time,
if one continues to do the right thing, everything will come together in time.
