하나님께서 결코 잊지 않으심

 “너희 염려를 다 주께 맡겨 버리라 이는 저가 너희를 권고하심이라" -  벧전 5:7. 

남녀들이 극악하게 죄를 범하였을지라도 저들은 버림을 받지 아니하였다.

이 세상을 붙드시는 손이 그의 가장 약한 자녀를 붙드시고 힘을 주신다. 

가장 위대하신 예술가이신 주님께서는

이 세상의 어떤 예술가의 기술보다도 더욱 뛰어나시며 무한한 재능을 가지고 계시다. 

그는 골짜기의 백합화를 옷입히고 아름답게 피어나게 하시며 작은 참새들을 돌보신다.

그의 허락하심이 없이는 한 마리의 새라도 땅에 떨어지지 않는다.… 

만일에 꽃이 솔로몬의 영광보다 더 나은 아름다움을 줄 수 있다면

그분이 값을 주고 치루신 유업에 대한 하나님의 평가하시는 크기가 어떠하겠는가? 

그리스도께서는 하루 동안에 시드는 물건도 돌보심을 지적하시면서

하나님 자신의 형상으로 창조된 인생들을 더욱 더 사랑하시는 것을 보여 주셨다...

그분께서는 아무리 큰 죄를 지었다 하더라도 범죄자가 용서를 구하고

그 자신의 영과 몸과 혼을 복종시켜 하나님의 은혜로 변화되고 그분처럼 변화되기를 원하면

용서하시겠다는 보증을 주신 것이다. 

하나님께서는 사람을 위하여 하늘의 온 보물을 쏟아 주셨으며

보답으로 우리 전체의 애정을 요구하시고 기대하신다.

Aroma of Life | Never Absent from the Mind of God

Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. 1 Peter 5:7. 

Though men and women have sinned grievously, they are not forsaken. 

The hand that upholds the world, upholds and strengthens His weakest child. 

The great Master Artist, whose skill is infinitely beyond the skill of any human being, who gives to the lily of the field its delicate and beautiful tints, cares for the little sparrow. Not one falls to the ground without His notice...

If the flower is given a beauty that outvies the glory of Solomon, what can be the measurement of the estimate God places on His purchased heritage? 

Christ points us to the care bestowed on the things that wither in a day, to show us how much love God must have for the beings created in His own image.... 

Thus He would assure sinners that sins of the greatest magnitude can be forgiven if the transgressor seeks for pardon, surrendering himself, body, soul, and spirit, to be transformed by the grace of God and changed into His likeness....

In behalf of man God has poured out the whole treasury of heaven, and in return He expects and claims our entire affections.
