산 믿음의 가치

“너희가 악할지라도 좋은 것을 자식에게 줄줄 알거든

하물며 너희 천부께서 구하는 자에게 성령을 주시지 않겠느냐” (눅 11:13) 

. . .  구하고 조금도 의심하지 말라 . . .
그리스도께서는 나사로의 무덤에서 마르다에게 “네가 믿으면 하나님의 영광을 보리라”고 말씀하셨다. 

. . . 우리의 기도는 한밤중에 떡을 달라고 간청했던 핍절한 친구의 간청처럼 열렬하고 진지해야 한다, 
그대가 구하면 구할수록, 그대의 영적인 연합은 더욱 굳건해질 것이다. 
그대는 믿음이 증가했기 때문에 축복을 더 많이 받을 수 있는 그런 위치에 들어갈 수 있을 것이다. 

그대가 필요로 하는 도움을 얻기 위해 옆에 계신 그대의 아버지를 신뢰하는 한

그분께서는 그대를 버리지 않으실 것이다. 
하나님은 주님께서만이 주실 수 있는 도움을 얻고자 열렬히 간구하고 있는 자들에게 주시기 원하시는 복들을 하늘에 가득 갖고 계신다. 

에녹이 하나님과 동행한 것은

믿음으로 예수를 바라봄으로써 , 그분께 구함으로써 ,

입술로 말한 모든 말들이 확증되리라고 믿음으로써였다. 
그는 그분의 모든 말씀을 순종하면서 계속 하나님 펀에 가까이 있었다. 

그리고 “에녹이 하나님과 동행하였다”는 그 기록이 우리 시대에 전해져 내려오고 있다. 

그의 생활은 “하나됨”의 놀라운 생활이었다. 
그리스도는 그의 친구이셨다. 
그는 하나님과 친밀하게 교제하였다.

The Value of A Living Faith

If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him? Luke 11:13. 

. . . ask in faith, nothing doubting. . .
Christ said to Martha at the grave of Lazarus, “If thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God.”

. . . Our prayers are to be fervent and earnest as were the petitions of the needy friend who asked for the loaves at midnight. 
The more you ask, the firmer will be your spiritual union. 
You may come into that place where you will have increased blessings because you have increased faith. 

While [you are] trusting in your heavenly Father for the help you need, He will not leave you. 
God has a heaven full of blessings that He wants to bestow on those who are earnestly seeking for that help that the Lord alone can give. 

It was in looking in faith to Jesus, in asking of Him, in believing that every word spoken would be verified, that Enoch walked with God. 
He kept close by the side of God, obeying His every word. And the record comes down along the line to our time, “Enoch walked with God.” 

His was a wonderful life of oneness. 
Christ was his companion. 
He was in intimate fellowship with God.
