치료에 대한 성경의 원칙

“배에서 남으로부터 내게 안겼고
태에서 남으로부터 내게 품기운 너희여
너희가 노년에 이르기까지 내가 그리하겠고
백발이 되기까지 내가 너희를 품을 것이라
내가 지었은즉 안을 것이요
품을 것이요 구하여 내리라.” (이사야 46장 3, 4절) 

한결같은 평안, 진정한 마음의 안식은 오직 하나의 근원에서 나온다.

그리스도께서는 다음과 같이 바로 그 근원에 속한 것을 말씀하셨다. 

“수고하고 무거운 짐진 자들아 다 내게로 오라 내가 너희를 쉬게 하리라”(마 11:28). 

“평안을 너희에게 끼치노니 곧 나의 평안을 너희에게 주노라

내가 너희에게 주는 것은 세상이 주는 것 같지 아니하니라”(요 14:27). 

이 평안은 그분께서 당신 자신과 상관없이 주시는 어떤 것이 아니다. 
그것은 그리스도 안에 있는 평안이다. 
그러므로 우리는 그분을 받아들임으로써만 그 평안를 받을 수 있다. 

그리스도는 생명의 샘이시다.

많은 사람들에게 필요한 것은 그분에 대하여 더욱 분명한 지식을 소유하는 것이다. 
그들은 하늘의 치유력을 받아들이기 위하여 어떻게 온 몸을 맡길 것인지

끈기 있고 부드럽게, 그러면서도 진지하게 배울 필요가 있다. 

하나님의 사랑의 햇빛이 어두운 영혼의 밀실을 비출 때,

불안한 염려와 불만은 사라지고, 흡족한 기쁨이 정신에 활력을 주고, 육체에 건강과 힘을 줄 것이다.

Bible Principles of Cure

“Listen to me, you descendants of Jacob,

    all the remnant of the people of Israel,

you whom I have upheld since your birth,

    and have carried since you were born.

Even to your old age and gray hairs

    I am he, I am he who will sustain you.

I have made you and I will carry you;

    I will sustain you and I will rescue you.

                         Isaiah 46:3, 4.

Abiding peace, true rest of spirit, has but one Source. 
It was of this that Christ spoke when He said, “Come unto Me, all ye that labor and are heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28. 

“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you.” John 14:27. 
This peace is not something that He gives apart from Himself. 

It is in Christ, and we can receive it only by receiving Him.

Christ is the wellspring of life. That which many need is to have a clearer knowledge of Him; they need to be patiently and kindly, yet earnestly, taught how the whole being may be thrown open to the healing agencies of heaven.

When the sunlight of God’s love illuminates the darkened chambers of the soul, restless weariness and dissatisfaction will cease, and satisfying joys will give vigor to the mind and health and energy to the body.
