Our confession of His faithfulness

is Heaven’s chosen agency for revealing Christ to the world.

 

우리가 주의 신실하심을 고백하는 것은

그리스도를 이 세상에 나타내기 위한 하나님의 택하신 방법이다.

 

We are to acknowledge His grace as made known through the holy men of old;

but that which will be most effectual is the testimony of our own experience.

 

우리는 옛날의 거룩한 성인들을 통하여 나타난 하나님의 은혜를 인정하여야 한다.

그러나 가장 효과 있는 것은 우리 자신의 경험을 간증하는 것이다.

 

We are witnesses for God

as we reveal in ourselves the working of a power that is divine.

 

우리가 우리 속에서 성령의 능력이 역사 하심을 나타낼 때에 우리는 하나님의 증인이 된다.

 

Every individual has a life distinct from all others,

and an experience differing essentially from theirs.

 

각 사람은 모든 다른 사람과는 다른 생애를 하고 있다.

그리고 다른 사람들과 근본적으로 다른 경험을 가지고 있다.

 

God desires that our praise shall ascend to Him, marked with our own individuality.

 

하나님께서는 우리의 찬미가 우리 각자의 특성을 가지고 하나님 앞에 상달되기를 원하신다.
