We Must Have a Vision of the Future
There are revealed in these last days visions of future glory,
scenes pictured by the hand of God, and these should be dear to His church.
이 마지막 날에 미래의 영광의 이상 (異像), 하나님의 손으로 묘사된 장면들이 계시되어 있는데,
이것들은 그분의 교회에 소중한 것이 되어야 한다.
What sustained the Son of God in His betrayal and trial?
He saw of the travail of His soul and was satisfied.
He caught a view of the expanse of eternity and saw the happiness of
those who through His humiliation should receive pardon and everlasting life.
He was wounded for their transgressions, bruised for their iniquities.
The chastisement of their peace was upon Him, and with His stripes they were healed.
His ear caught the shout of the redeemed.
He heard the ransomed ones singing the song of Moses and the Lamb.
하나님의 아들께서 배반과 시련을 당하실 때 무엇이 그분을 지탱해 주었는가?
그분께서는 자기의 영혼의 수고한 것을 보고 만족히 여기셨다.
그분은 펼쳐진 영원을 보셨고, 당신의 굴욕을 통하여 용서와 영생을 얻을 자들의 행복을 보셨다.
그분께서는 그들의 허물 때문에 찔림을 당하시고 그들의 죄악 때문에 상함을 받으셨다.
그분께서 징계를 받으심으로 그들이 평화를 누리고
그분께서 채찍에 맞으심으로 그들이 나음을 입었다.
그분의 귀에는 구속받은 자들의 환성이 들렸다.
그분께서는 속량받은 자들이 모세와 어린양의 노래를 부르는 것을 들으셨다.
We must have a vision of the future and of the blessedness of heaven.
Stand on the threshold of eternity, and hear the gracious welcome given to
those who in this life have cooperated with Christ,
regarding it as a privilege and an honor to suffer for His sake.
우리는 미래에 대한 이상 (異像) 과 하늘의 행복에 대한 이상을 가져야 한다.
영원의 문지방에 서서,
이생에서 그리스도와 연합하고 그분을 위하여 고난받는 것을 특권이요, 영광으로 생각한 자들에게
주어지는 은혜로운 환영의 음성을 들어보라.
As they unite with the angels, they cast their crowns at the feet of the Redeemer,
exclaiming: “Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches,
and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing....
Honor, and glory, and power, be unto Him that sitteth upon the throne,
and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.” Revelation 5:12, 13.
그들이 천사들과 연합할 때, 그들은 그들의 면류관을 구속주의 발아래 던지고 부르짖는다.
“죽임을 당하신 어린양이 능력과 부와 지혜와 힘과 존귀와 영광과 찬송을 받으시기에 합당하도다…
보좌에 앉으신 이와 어린양에게 찬송과 존귀와 영광과 능력을 세세토록 돌릴지어다” (계 5:12, 13).
There the redeemed ones greet those who directed them to the uplifted Saviour.
They unite in praising Him who died that
human beings might have the life that measures with the life of God.
The conflict is over. All tribulation and strife are at an end.
Songs of victory fill all heaven as the redeemed stand around the throne of God.
All take up the joyful strain:
“Worthy, worthy is the Lamb that was slain, and lives again, a triumphant conqueror.”
그 곳에서 구속받은 자들은 높이 들리신 구주를 그들에게 가리켜 준 자들을 만난다.
그들은 인간에게 하나님의 생명으로 평가되는 생명을 갖게 하고자 돌아가신 분을 찬양하는 데
연합한다.
투쟁은 끝났다. 모든 환난과 싸움은 끝이 났다.
구속받은 자들이 하나님의 보좌에 둘러 설 때 승리의 노래가 온 하늘을 채운다.
모두는 기쁨의 노래 소리를 높인다.
“죽임을 당하시고, 다시 살아나시고, 영광스런 승리자가 되신 어린양이 찬양을 받으시기에
합당하고 합당하시도다.”
