수천 명의 사람들이 우리 주변에서 아프고 죽어가고 있다.

그들은 회복하고 살 수 있지만, 그들의 상상력은 그들을 붙잡아 두고 있다.

 

그들은 움직이거나 운동을 하면, 악화될 것이라고 두려워하는데,

이것이야말로 그들이 건강하게 되기 위해서 변화되어야 할 부분이다.

이렇게 하지 않고서는 결코 나아질 수 없다.

 

그들은 의지력을 행사하고, 통증과 무능력을 박차고 일어나 유용한 일에 참여하여

등과 허리와 폐와 머리가 아프다는 것을 잊어야 한다.

 

전신 혹은 신체의 일부를 움직이기를 등한히 하면 병적인 상태가 초래될 것이다.

 

신체의 어떤 기관이든지 활동하지 않으면 근육의 크기와 힘이 줄어들 것이며,

혈관을 통해 혈액이 천천히 흐르게 된다.

🌻Aroma of Life | People Dying Who Might Get Well🌻

 

Thousands are sick and dying around us who might get well and live if they would, but their imagination holds them.

 

They fear that they will be made worse if they labor or exercise, when this is just the change they need to make them well. Without this they never can improve.

 

They should exercise the power of the will, rise above their aches and debility, engage in useful employment, and forget that they have aching backs, sides, lungs, and heads.

 

Neglecting to exercise the entire body, or a portion of it, will bring on morbid conditions.

 

Inaction of any of the organs of the body will be followed by a decrease in size and strength of the muscles and will cause the blood to flow sluggishly through the blood vessels.
