빛의 통로가 됨

애정 어린 그리스도인의 마음의 봉사를 필요로 하는 사람들이 많이 있다.

만일 이웃의 남녀 평신도들이 개인적인 노력을 하였더라면 구원받았을 많은 사람들이

멸망의 나락으로 떨어졌다. 

많은 사람들이 개인적인 전도를 받기 위하여 기다리고 있다.

우리가 생활하는 바로 그 가정과 이웃과 도시에서 그리스도의 선교사로서 해야 할 사업이 있다.

우리가 만일 그리스도인이라면 이 사업은 우리의 기쁨이 될 것이다. 

사람이 회개하면

즉시로 예수가 자기의 귀중한 친구가 되었다는 사실을 남에게 알려 주고 싶은 욕망이 마음속에 생긴다.

구원하며 성화시키는 진리는 마음속에 가두어 놓을 수 없다.

하나님께 헌신한 모든 사람은 빛의 통로가 될 것이다.

하나님께서는 그들을 당신의 대리자로 삼으시고 다른 사람들에게 당신의 은혜의 부요함을 전하게 하신다. 

그분은 이렇게 약속하신다.

“내가 그들에게 복을 내리며 내 산 사면 모든 곳도 복되게 하여

때를 따라 비를 내리되 복된 장마비를 내리리라”(겔 34：26).

Being Channels of Light

 There are many who need the ministration of loving Christian hearts. Many have gone down to ruin who might have been saved if their neighbors, common men and women, had put forth personal effort for them. 

Many are waiting to be personally addressed. In the very family, the neighborhood, the town, where we live, there is work for us to do as missionaries for Christ. If we are Christians, this work will be our delight. 

No sooner is one converted than there is born within him a desire to make known to others what a precious friend he has found in Jesus. The saving and sanctifying truth cannot be shut up in his heart.

All who are consecrated to God will be channels of light. God makes them His agents to communicate to others the riches of His grace.

His promise is, “I will make them and the places round about My hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in his season; there shall be showers of blessing.” Ezekiel 34:26.
