그리스도의 은혜와 그를 아는 중에서 자람

그대들이 만일 그리스도께서 당신의 제자들이 행하기를 원하신 뜻을 따라 나아가 일하여,

그를 위하여 영혼을 구원하려고 하면

그대들은 신령한 사물에서 좀 더 깊은 경험과 좀 더 많은 지식이 필요함을 느끼게 될 것이요

또한 의를 주리고 목마른 것같이 사모할 것이다. 

그리고 그대들이 하나님께 더욱 간구하게 되고, 그대의 믿음은 더욱 강해지고,

그대의 심령은 구원의 우물에서 충분히 마실 수 있을 것이다. 

그대들이 당하는 반대와 시련은 그대들을 성경과 기도로 달려가게 할 것이다.

그대들은 그리스도의 은혜와 그를 아는 중에서 자라나게 될 것이고 또 풍부한 경험을 얻게 될 것이다.

Growing in Grace and the Knowledge of Christ

If you will go to work as Christ designs that His disciples shall, and win souls for Him, you will feel the need of a deeper experience and a greater knowledge in divine things, and will hunger and thirst after righteousness. 

You will plead with God, and your faith will be strengthened, and your soul will drink deeper drafts at the well of salvation. 

Encountering opposition and trials will drive you to the Bible and prayer. You will grow in grace and the knowledge of Christ, and will develop a rich experience.
