그들은 지혜뿐만 아니라 능력도 받을 것이다

그들은 지혜뿐만 아니라 능력도 받을 것이다

그리스도께서 인성을 쓰시고 율법대로 생애하신 것처럼,

우리도 능력을 얻기 위하여 강하신 자(그리스도)를 붙든다면 그분처럼 살 수 있을 것이다. 

우리는 우리의 의무에 대한 책임을 다른 사람에게 전가시키지 말 것이며

무엇을 해야 될는지 우리에게 말할 때까지 기다리지 말아야 할 것이다.

우리는 사람의 권고에 의지할 수 없다.

주께서는 다른 사람을 가르치실 때와 마찬가지로 우리들에게도 우리의 의무를 가르치실 것이다. 

우리가 믿음으로 그분께 나아간다면 그분의 비밀을 우리에게 개인적으로 말씀해 주실 것이다.

주께서 에녹에게 그러하셨듯이

우리와 교통하려고 가까이 오시는 때에 우리 마음은 우리 속에서 때때로 불타게 될 것이다. 

어떤 면에서든지 하나님께 욕 돌리지 않기로 결정하는 자들은

그들의 실정을 하나님 앞에 아뢸 때 바로 어떤 길로 나아가야 할지 알게 될 것이다.

그들은 지혜뿐만 아니라 능력도 받을 것이다. 

그리스도께서 약속하신 순종과 봉사에 필요한 능력이 그들에게 주어질 것이다. 

타락한 인간의 필요를 채워 주기 위한 “모든 것”은 인간의 머리요 대표자이신 그리스도에게 주어졌다.

그러므로 “무엇이든지 구하는 바를 그에게 받나니

이는 우리가 그의 계명들을 지키고 그 앞에서 기뻐하시는 것을 행함이라”(요일 3：22).

They Will Receive Not only Wisdom, But Strength

As Christ lived the law in humanity, so we may do if we will take hold of the Strong for strength. 

But we are not to place the responsibility of our duty upon others, and wait for them to tell us what to do. We cannot depend for counsel upon humanity. The Lord will teach us our duty just as willingly as He will teach somebody else. 

If we come to Him in faith, He will speak His mysteries to us personally. Our hearts will often burn within us as one draws nigh to commune with us as He did with Enoch. 

Those who decide to do nothing in any line that will displease God, will know, after presenting their case before Him, just what course to pursue. And they will receive not only wisdom, but strength. Power for obedience, for service, will be imparted to them, as Christ has promised. 

Whatever was given to Christ—the “all things” to supply the need of fallen men—was given to Him as the head and representative of humanity. And “whatsoever we ask, we receive of Him, because we keep His commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.” 1 John 3:22.
