행복은 모든 능력의 조화로운 활동의 열매임

하나님을 신령과 진정으로 섬기는 사람들은 세상과는 다른 특이한 백성, 세상과는 구별된 사람이 될 것이다.

그들의 음식은 폭식을 조장하거나 왜곡된 식용을 만족시키기 위해서가 아니라,

최대의 체력을 확보함으로 최선의 정신 상태를 확보하기 위해서 준비될 것이다.

 우리의 하늘 아버지께서는 우리에게 건강 개혁의 큰 축복을 주사

그분께서 부과하신 요구 사항들에 순종함으로써 그분을 영화스럽게 하도록 하셨다.

신체와 정신의 모든 능력이 조화롭게 건강하게 활동하는 것은 그대에게 행복을 가져다 준다.
그 능력이 더욱 향상되고 세련되어질수록, 더욱 완전하게 행복해지는 것이다.

Those who serve God in sincerity and truth will be a peculiar people, unlike the world, separate from the world.
Their food will be prepared, not to encourage gluttony or gratify a perverted taste, but to secure to themselves the greatest physical strength, and consequently the best mental conditions.
