Abiding Joy

영원한 기쁨

And all the way up the steep road leading to eternal life

are well-springs of joy to refresh the weary.

 

영원한 생명으로 인도하는 모든 가파른 길에는 피곤을 회복시키는 기쁨의 샘이 있다.

 

Those who walk in wisdom’s ways are, even in tribulation, exceeding joyful;

for He whom their soul loveth walks, invisible, beside them. 

 

지혜의 길 안에서 행하는 자들은 고난 가운데 있을지라도 기쁨이 충만하다.

이는 그들을 사랑하시는 구주께서 비록 눈에 보이지는 않지만 그들 곁에 동행하시기 때문이다.

 

At each upward step they discern more distinctly the touch of His hand;

at every step brighter gleamings of glory from the Unseen fall upon their path;

and their songs of praise, reaching ever a higher note,

ascend to join the songs of angels before the throne.

 

그들은 그들의 올라가는 한 걸음, 한 걸음마다에서 주의 손이 붙들어 주심을

더욱 분명히 깨달을 것이며

하나님께로부터 밝게 빛나는 영광의 빛이 그들이 가는 길 앞에 비출 것이다.

그리고 그들의 찬송의 노래는 한층 더 높은 곡조로 올라가

하나님의 보좌 앞에 있는 천사들의 노래와 화합될 것이다.
