천연계를 다스리는 위대한 법칙들이 있으며, 영적인 사물들은 확실한 원칙들에 의해 통제되고 있다. 
바라는 결과를 얻으려면 목적을 달성할 수단들을 사용해야 한다.
하나님께서는 각 사람에게 그의 재능에 따라 일을 맡기셨다.
발생할 수 있는 어떤 비상 사태에도 사람들이 대처할 자격을 갖추게 되는 것은 교육과 실천을 통해서이다. 

그러므로 각 사람은 자신의 책임을 감당할 자격을 갖출 경험을 얻도록

고유 영역에 그를 배치할 현명한 계획이 필요하다.

There are great laws that govern the world of nature, and spiritual things 
are controlled by principles equally certain. 
The means for an end must be employed if the desired results are to be 
attained. 
God has appointed to every man his work according to his ability. 
It is by education and practice that persons are to be qualified to meet 
any emergency which may arise, and wise planning is needed to place each 
one in his proper sphere that he may obtain an experience that will fit him 
to bear responsibility.
