우리는 하나님을 섬기기로 선택할 수 있다

하나님께서 우리에게 선택력을 주셨으므로 그것을 활용하는  것이 우리가 할 일이다.

우리는 우리의 마음을 변화시킬 수 없고, 우리의 생각과  욕망과 애정을 지배할 수 없다.

우리는 우리 자신을 순결하게 하여 하나님의 사업에 적합 한 상태로 만들 수 없다.

그러나 우리는 하나님을 섬기기로 선택할 수 있고, 우리의 의지를 그분께 드릴 수는 있다. 

그러면 그분께서는 당신의 기쁘신 뜻을 따라 우리 안에서  역사하실 것이다. 

그리하면 우리의 온 성격이 그리스도의 지배 아래 놓이게  될 것이다.

We Can Choose To Serve God

God has given us the power of choice; it is ours to exercise.

We cannot change our hearts, we cannot control our thoughts, our impulses, our affections.

We cannot make ourselves pure, fit for God’s service.

But we can choose to serve God, we can give Him our will; then He will work in us to will and to do according to His good pleasure. 

Thus our whole nature will be brought under the control of Christ.
